M&E Expert for Ag-Sector M&E for Country SAKSS and USAID-Feed The Future (FTF) Partners’ Projects
Support capacity building activities for Ag-Sector M&E for SAKSS in five countries: Malawi, Mozambique, Zambia, Swaziland and Lesotho as part of the Africa-wide CAADP M&E for ag-sector performance;
Implement a full-scale capacity building process to establish Country level SAKSS Nodes in several SAKSS ready countries in the region;
Partner with the Ministries of Agriculture in the five countries to establish country level SAKSS nodes – within the Policy and Planning Departments (PPD);
Build the capacity of Country SAKSS nodes to undertake the monitoring and evaluation (M&E) processes of the implementation of the National Agriculture Investment Plans (NAIPs) that have been developed as part of CAADP implementation across Africa;
Develop Country SAKSS proposals for resource mobilization, programming and organizational arrangements in the five countries: Assist the Country SAKSS nodes to prepare the 2014 ag-sector M&E and Outlook reports.
